The policy period is defined by the bill of lading and the motor carrier (trucker) is REQUIRED to have annual primary cargo limits of $100,000.00. You can purchase between $100,000.00 and $900,000.00 excess of your annual primary coverage to increase your limit up to $1,000,000.00. All terms, conditions, exclusions, and enhancements in the primary coverage form will follow in the Crum & Forster form. This policy is NON-REFUNDABLE once purchased.
